Warranty Policy
LABOR
Our labor has a 90 day warranty from the date of service. Any open invoices must be paid in full before we perform warranty work.
Please note we will not be responsible for any existing imperfections or stains. If you suspect we have caused damage
or stained the area it must be noted at the time of service before we leave.
PARTS
Most parts have a 1 year warranty. If a part is found to be defective we will manage the warranty claim
with the manufacturer.
If the part requires installation by our technician our standard labor rates apply.
If we find the problem is not covered under warranty there will be at least our minimum site visit fee.
Standard labor rates may apply.
Example of warranty items:
- We repaired the fireplace and it is not working again.
Examples of non-warranty items:
- The pilot light went out.
- There is soot build up.
- Paint is peeling.
- The batteries are dead.
